The location was great for the utilita arena. I walked there easily. the room was very clean. i got a good night's sleep, too. the staff member, ionut, was friendly, and he was also helpful.
It was quite noisy at night. I could hear people talking as they walked past my room.

inconvenient designlimited parking
The separate toilet felt odd. I had to walk across the room to wash my hands. This design is rather inconvenient. the hotel parking operated on a first-come, first-served basis. I discovered this upon arrival. It caused some stress as I had to find alternative parking nearby.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast!

The breakfast had EVERYTHING I could want. The hotel was organised very well. The staff helped get my laptop back to me in two days. I left it behind, and I am grateful. The after-stay service was great and fast.
The sofa bed was stained. There was no mattress cover. THE receptionist called to ask me to check out early. I felt rushed and anxious.
